At Waves CA, we offer virtual consultation groups for licensed mental health professionals seeking connection and clinical support. Our affiliated practices are expected to hold a current and active license in a mental health-related profession, issued by their respective licensing board.
In addition, Waves CA expects that every practitioner assumes responsibility to meet any and all requirements to maintain licensure as outlined by their respective licensing board, as well as to follow the legal and ethical guidelines and standards that are outlined by the licensing boards and other relevant professional organizations.

for Licensed Therapists
Whether you are running your own private practice, serving in a community setting, or aiming to get back into the field, it can be challenging to find consistent support and community among peers. Yet, peer consultation and community are vital to the health and sustainability of our professional lives.
We provide space for licensed therapists to receive and share peer-led, collaborative, and inclusive clinical consultation. Our participants offer support through psychodynamic, cognitive-behavioral, humanistic, and mindfulness-influenced clinical practice.
